This dataset has been produced to provide an example of how an anonymised NEED dataset might look and enable individuals to see how the data might be used when it is made available. Please note:
1) The dataset in this spreadsheet is not based on real data and is not intended to accurately represent the housing stock.
2) This dataset is a representation of how the final dataset may look - the final variables included and banding applied are subject to change. Details of the content of the final dataset will be published in the consultation response in Spring 2014 (and will be available via the link above once published).
3) The dataset includes 1000 rows (plus a header row) and 37 columns, including record ID. The tab labelled "3. Look ups" provides details of the variables including look ups codes where relevant.
