The Notary(http://www.stripnotary.com) dataset contains active notaries as of January 31, 2015. The notary acts as an official, unbiased witness to the identity of the person who signs a document (Minnesota Statutes 359) to prevent fraud and forgery. A Minnesota notary public has six major duties:
- Take acknowledgments,
- Administer oaths and affirmations,
- Take and certify all depositions;
- Witness or attest a signature,
- Take and certify all acknowledgments and instruments in writing,
- Record notarial protests.

Received via email on 2014-02-14. This data is polygon data that describes all plowing routes in Minneapolis that has a field for day1, day2, and day3, and marks a 1 when parking is allowed there on that day. So, on day1, snow emergency routes will be 0 while day2 and day3 will be 1.
